They were nice and worked around my schedule. But charged way to much for the job I needed, and never called me to tell me the price and when they were charging me. Their employee had poor hygiene an manors which also was upsetting considering they were in and out of my house.

Amazing service! From over half a state away they were able and willing to assist in addressing my issue, even though I was calling with minimal information available.

Prices are competative. The lines on my old water heater were corroded and needed to be replaced, and knowing that replacing them myself was out of the question as it looked like it would break. I called Long and had them do it instead and what i expected to happen did. They got me a new water heater the same day. Its a 50 gallon electric AO glass water heater and they didnt up charge me on the appliance as the price for the unit was practically the same at other locations. Long removed the old unit and hauled it away and installed the new unit in under 2 hours. You get quality and professional work when working with Long Heating and Cooling

They did a wonderful job installing my furnace.

Water heater went down. I called and within a couple hours they were here, had the parts and had it fixed. 100% recommend.

Very satisfied they do excellent work

We needed a new water heater, so I went to Long. Arrived there at 8:30AM and chose a heater, technicians arrived at our home at 10:30AM, and were finished by 12:30PM. Outstanding service, we didn't know how bad our old water heater was until we fired up the new on! Totally satisfied!

Our very old water heater bit the dust late at night. I called Long Heating and Cooling the next morning and they arrived within a couple hours to remove the old one and install a brand new water heater. They arrived ahead of schedule and completed the work quickly and efficiently. Very courteous and professional on the phone and in person. Long Heating and Cooling out of Menominee was really great today for anyone with AC or furnace trouble once fall comes around. I'd been borderline begging for an HVAC place in the area to give me a call back these past two weeks for an estimate. Came across Long's number last Thursday evening...called them Friday morning and they scheduled an estimate that same afternoon. They quickly placed the order on the units for me still that same day. Came to my rental today for a full furnace/AC replacement. Super nice, friendly crew and very up front. Big weight off my mind! Very happy!?? Thank you so much!
